A sample of the kinds of roofing projects we take on across Parker and Douglas County. These photos show representative work of each system type; every roof below has a Parker equivalent in the neighborhoods we serve.

Architectural Shingle Re-Roof
The bread and butter Parker job: full tear-off, deck check, synthetic underlayment, and architectural shingles fastened six nails each to the Town's 90 mph spec. Typical Stonegate or Clarke Farms profile.

Hail Claim Restoration
Insurance funded replacement after verified hail: adjuster meeting on the roof, supplement for missed slopes, Class 4 upgrade at the homeowner's option, and Town final inspection to close the permit.

Tile and Estate Systems
Pradera style work: concrete tile and stone coated steel with the Town's required mid-roof inspection, HOA design approval, and matching sourced for repairs on discontinued profiles.

Neighborhood Storm Response
After a Divide hail event we run block by block: inspections first, honest verdicts on which roofs actually need claims, then staged rebuilds scheduled around the Town's inspection capacity.
Different systems, same skeleton: a permit filed with the Town before work starts, materials meeting Parker's wind and fastening specs, photo documentation from tear-off to final, and the Town inspection signed off at the end. On insurance work, the file also includes the adjuster scope and completion paperwork that releases recoverable depreciation. That consistency is the actual product; the shingles are just the visible part.
